When your claim has been authorised by the insurer, our team will make contact to confirm the scope of repair, discuss the timeframe, and plan the next steps for your reinstatement.
3. Repairs and reinstatement
Our in-house team coordinates all trades and contractors to complete the required repairs efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard. If additional damage is found, we work directly with your insurer to update the claim and keep your project moving.
4. Completion and handover
Once all repairs are complete, our team will undertake a Quality Assurance check to ensure you are completely satisfied before final sign-off.
